Assistant Manager - Direct Corporate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate long-term relationships with Direct corporate clients.
  • Close follow up with existing customers to maintain high renewal ratio.
  • Continuously update market and competition knowledge to increase market penetration.
  • Represent Allianz at events if needed to promote the company presence and business development.
  • Ensure communication between Allianz and our customers.
  • Present periodical reports and statistics to illustrate DHU unit results.
  • Ensure continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Result orientation and entrepreneurial view, i.e., apart from production targets expense and bottom-line orientation is required.
  • Good market knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Leadership capabilities, including motivating, challenging, and supporting all direct and indirect reports.
  • Dynamic and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales with preference to services in a multinational or major local company.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance sales activities
