Assistant Manager - Direct Corporate
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate long-term relationships with Direct corporate clients.
- Close follow up with existing customers to maintain high renewal ratio.
- Continuously update market and competition knowledge to increase market penetration.
- Represent Allianz at events if needed to promote the company presence and business development.
- Ensure communication between Allianz and our customers.
- Present periodical reports and statistics to illustrate DHU unit results.
- Ensure continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
Required Qualifications:
- University Degree.
- Result orientation and entrepreneurial view, i.e., apart from production targets expense and bottom-line orientation is required.
- Good market knowledge of the insurance industry
- Leadership capabilities, including motivating, challenging, and supporting all direct and indirect reports.
- Dynamic and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales with preference to services in a multinational or major local company.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance sales activities
