Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in supervising and guiding the direct retail sales team and provide coaching, and performance feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor individual and team performance, set targets, and track progress towards sales goals and to foster a motivated and cohesive team environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives, contribute to the development of sales plans and to assist in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, operations and claims, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular reports for management and to conduct sales forecast and pipeline analysis to determine future opportunities and potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with sales processes and quality standards.
• Address any non-compliance issues promptly and implement measures to mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management - preferably in financial sector - for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations is a plus.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Successful track record in achieving assigned sales targets.
• Excellent communication, team management and interpersonal skills.
