Insurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and achieving set production targets.
  • Offering product solutions for insurance and financial needs to branch customers.
  • Carrying out continuous lead generation activities whether through walk ins, data mining, referrals, outside calls or other channels.
  • Building a strong base of prospects, maintaining productive relationships with partner’s staff, promoting and safeguarding a strong focus on customers and bank partner’s expectations.
  • Ensuring that clients fulfill all needed documents, examinations and requirements as well as ensuring that all related documents are properly submitted.
  • Following up on all related processes with the operations and underwriting teams until policy issuance.
  • Presenting required reports related to sales activities, referrals and qualitative aspects on time.
  • Meeting weekly with and updating team management with production results and other required information.
  • Ensuring knowledge of and alignment with company rules, procedures, guidelines and processes in order to safeguard Allianz standards and protect the Allianz brand and reputation.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • 0 - 2 years of experience, preferably in sales.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
