Lead – Direct Corporate
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate long-term relationships with Direct corporate clients.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain high renewal ratio.
- Continuously update market and competitor knowledge to increase market penetration.
- Promote the company presence and business development in related events as required.
- Present periodical reports and statistics to illustrate unit results.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a multinational company.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance sales activities.
- Sound market knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Leadership skills
- Results oriented and entrepreneurial skills
