Specialist-Direct/ Retail Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to the development of sales activity plans, execute them in line with the company policies and provide weekly feedback to management.
- Establish customer contact and engage in customer interaction, either proactively based on activity plans, or reactively based on contacts with walk-in customers.
- Identify and assess the risk profile of customers, analyze their financial services need and clearly disclose all product features, benefits and limitations.
- Ensure comprehensive personal competence in all company products and services available, identify training and development needs and communicate such requirements with related managers.
- Maintain and update a record of customers and follow up regularly on their requirements, either electronically, by telephone or in person.
- Ensure knowledge of and alignment with company rules, procedures, guidelines and processes in order to safeguard Allianz standards and protect the Allianz brand and reputation.
Required Qualifications:
- University Degree
- 0 - 2 years of experience in the sales of insurance products.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
